Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Specialist Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress

Requirements

  • Good standard of English, numeracy, and digital skills
  • Ability to work in a team and problem-solve effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and business requirements
  • Desirable experience in mental health care, with full training provided
