We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pension Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Bromsgrove. This role involves coordinating the delivery of high-quality pension administration services to clients, working closely with consultants and senior team members to ensure exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the delivery of pension administration services, including data validation, auto-enrolment assessments, and payroll deduction schedules
  • Liaising with pension providers, The Pensions Regulator, and employers/employees to resolve queries and provide support
  • Maintaining accurate records and complying with regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Processing lost clients in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Overseeing outstanding work to ensure clients are aware of and understand requirements/consequences
  • Supporting day-to-day workloads of the team, including inbox enquiries, to ensure prompt and effective communication

The ideal candidate will be a well-organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and business communication skills. Previous experience in a customer services role is essential, with knowledge and experience of pensions administration desirable. Experience with Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook is also required.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
