We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pensions Administration Specialist to join our team in Bromsgrove. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the administration of clients' group pensions, working closely with consultants and senior team members to oversee implementations and remedial work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking comprehensive data validation exercises to ensure accuracy and completeness of client information
  • Completing auto-enrolment assessments, including Declaration of Compliance & Re-Declaration of Compliance, within agreed service level turnaround timeframes
  • Producing and reconciling payroll deduction schedules to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
  • Liaising with pension providers, The Pensions Regulator, and employers/employees to resolve queries and provide support
  • Maintaining accurate records and complying with regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Processing lost clients in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Overseeing outstanding work to ensure clients are aware of and understand requirements/consequences
  • Supporting day-to-day workloads of the team, including inbox enquiries, to ensure prompt and effective communication

The ideal candidate will be a well-organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and business communication skills. Previous experience in a customer services role is essential, with knowledge and experience of pensions administration desirable. Experience with Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook is also required.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
