Business Administration and Customer Service Specialist

This is an opportunity to gain a business administration qualification while working in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Commercial Team with administrative duties.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with the commercial management of projects, including reporting from site visits and securing renewal of existing contracts.
  • Quote new works to clients and price extras and additional works on contracts.
  • Raise purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the Operations Team about Project Management.
