Business Administration and Customer Service Specialist

This is an opportunity to gain a business administration qualification while working in a commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Team with administrative duties.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with the commercial management of projects, including reporting from site visits and securing renewal of existing contracts.
- Quote new works to clients and price extras and additional works on contracts.
- Raise purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the Operations Team about Project Management.
Requirements:
