Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Administration Specialist to join our Pertemps Redditch Commercial team.

Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

About the Job:

This is a full-time, permanent office-based position that requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to our finance team and assisting with various accounting and administrative duties.

  1. Raising orders and invoices
  2. Manage accounts payable and receivable
  3. Handle employee expenses and ensure proper record keeping
  4. Respond to queries from suppliers, clients, and internal teams
  5. Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents
  6. Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
