Group Pensions Coordinator

Job Description
NFP, an Aon company (Europe), is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team in Bromsgrove as a Pensions Customer Services Executive. This role will involve the administration of clients' group pensions, working closely with Consultants and Senior Team Members to oversee implementations and remedial work.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for undertaking comprehensive data validation exercises, completing auto-enrolment assessments, producing and reconciling payroll deduction schedules, and liaising between pension providers, The Pensions Regulator, and employers/employees and client advisers.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Services role
- Knowledge and experience of Pensions Administration desirable
- Experience with Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook essential
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum
- Benefits, including 35 hours Monday-Friday, in Bromsgrove
