Pension Administration Role
NFP, an Aon company (Europe), is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Bromsgrove as a Pensions Customer Services Executive. This role will involve the administration of clients' group pensions, working closely with Consultants and Senior Team Members to oversee implementations and remedial work.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for undertaking comprehensive data validation exercises, completing auto-enrolment assessments, producing and reconciling payroll deduction schedules, and liaising between pension providers, The Pensions Regulator, and employers/employees and client advisers.
This role requires excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and comply with regular audits. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive data validation exercises
- Complete auto-enrolment assessments, including Declaration of Compliance & Re-Declaration of Compliance
- Produce and reconcile payroll deduction schedules within agreed Service Level turnaround timeframes
- Liaise between pension providers, The Pensions Regulator, and employers/employees and client advisers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Services role
- Knowledge and experience of Pensions Administration desirable
- Experience with Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook essential
