About the Role

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled HR Professional to join their team as a Generalist HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing a high-quality, comprehensive, and effective generalist operational Human Resources service.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of generalist HR services to management and staff, including providing professional advice and support on HR policies and procedures, terms and conditions of service, and legislation. They will also be responsible for case managing complex Employee Relations issues and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent
  • Substantial HR experience at an Advisory level
  • Experience of using HR databases to record and access information
  • Ability to plan, organise and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of staff/management
