Job Title: Senior Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Communicate SLT CIC. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to children with complex needs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in speech and language therapy, with experience working with children with special educational needs. You will be responsible for assessing and developing individualized therapy plans, working closely with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to children with complex needs
  • Assess and develop individualized therapy plans

  • Supervise and support junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and programs
Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist who has:

A degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related fieldRegistration with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)Experience working with children with special educational needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to ongoing professional development and training
