Senior Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Communicate SLT CIC. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language therapy services to children aged 3-19 with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to children, directly and through support to their families and the multi-disciplinary team.
- Conduct assessments and develop interventions to support children's communication needs.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Supervise and support junior SLTs and SLTAs to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice and service improvements.
Communicate SLT CIC is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing flexible and tailored speech, language and communication related services to individuals aged 0-25 years. Our experienced and dedicated team of professionals work together to support individuals and their families, using high-quality, evidenced-based approaches to maximise impact where they live and learn.
Person Specification- Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) Degree or Masters.
- Registration with RCSLT and HCPC.
- Experience working with children who have complex needs, their families and the Multi-agency team.
- Commitment to Communicate's vision, mission and values.
