Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to children, directly and through support to their families and the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with families.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to maximize impact and quality of services.
  • Supervise and support junior SLTs and SLTAs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, continuing professional development, and service improvement initiatives.
