We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Communicate SLT CIC. As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a key role in providing speech and language therapy services to children with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to children directly and through support to their families and the multi-disciplinary team.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of each child.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Develop and deliver training and professional development opportunities for staff and families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and programs to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
