We are a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) school, committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to empower every student to achieve their full potential by assisting in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities, providing one-on-one or small group support to students, and collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating tailored educational activities that cater to individual students' needs.
  • Provide personalized support to students in one-on-one or small group settings.
  • Maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Collaborate with educators and therapists to develop and implement IEPs.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to educators.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children with special educational needs is highly valued.
  • A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude towards supporting students with SEN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a cohesive team.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent) are preferred.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
