Learning Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Tempest Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our team, you will support students with complex needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver tailored learning plans, sensory activities, and therapeutic interventions.
- Provide one-on-one support to ensure the safety, well-being, and educational development of each student.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as feeding, changing, and mobility assistance as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to assessments and reviews.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- A caring, patient, and resilient attitude with a commitment to supporting students' physical and emotional well-being.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff, therapists, and families.
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond to the individual needs of each student in a flexible and proactive manner.
