Folkestone Girls is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support students' learning and well-being in a dynamic primary school environment.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual with prior experience working as a teaching assistant within a primary school setting, possessing a strong understanding of how children learn and adapting their approach to meet the needs of all learners.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and activities that engage students and promote their educational development.
- • Provide individual support to students who require additional help, whether it's academically, emotionally or socially.
- • Supervise students during lunchtimes, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
The successful candidate will have a minimum Grade C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, prior experience working in a primary school setting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
