About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Title Research. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with solicitor firms, identifying new business opportunities, and driving lead generation to meet our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with solicitor clients to identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to align sales activity with marketing campaigns and ensure effective communication with clients.
  • Monitor competitor activity and build market intelligence to inform our sales strategy.
  • Deliver against set targets and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or target-driven role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously as part of a supportive team.
  • Ability to work to set KPIs and objectives, with a strong focus on delivering results.
