Job Title: Marketing Executive - Local Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Wahaca. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for growing awareness and driving sales at a local level, working closely with our marketing team, restaurant teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns
  • Work with local partners to maximize brand visibility and opportunities
  • Lead communications for private events and hires
  • Bring brand campaigns to life at a local level
  • Partner with the marketing team to increase visibility of priority restaurants on digital channels
  • Propose, deliver, and evaluate customer events
  • Write creative briefs to hit business objectives
  • Test, learn, iterate, and scale ideas to maximize business impact

About the Role:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or retail
  • Commercial awareness and ability to focus on delivering objectives
  • Passion for food and restaurants
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Open-minded and adaptable to change
  • Loves to work in a dynamic environment
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, highly organized, action-oriented
