About the Role:

  • Support the development and execution of the marketing and digital strategy for our B2C financial services business.
  • Help the team implement paid social strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Assist the business with ATL and BTL acquisition and retention strategies to drive growth and customer loyalty.
  • Effectively execute marketing plans that meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Build close working relationships with external agencies and internal teams to support the marketing team.
  • Optimise marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI on all campaigns, with a focus on digital activity.
  • Continuously improve existing activities, approach, and accepted standards, sharing learnings with the team and peers.

About You:

  • You will have solid experience in a similar B2C marketing role, with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • You will have experience in B2C financial services, with a strong understanding of the consumer finance and insurance markets.
  • You will have a proven ability to implement marketing strategy, from developing the plan to execution and measurement.
  • You will have a sound knowledge of marketing, including experience of the full media mix, promotions, and communications B2C channel.
  • You will have experience in campaign management, leading from agency briefing through to execution, delivery, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • You will have proven project management skills, with a track record of delivery to time and within budget.
  • You will have high-level negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to manage external 3rd party relationships and internal stakeholders/partners.
  • You will be naturally creative, idea-generating, and prepared to challenge the norm.
  • You will have digital marketing expertise, including CRM/email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media.
  • You will have proficient copywriting skills to support the enhancement of content developed internally and by agency partners.
