Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our Business Development and Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the team's efforts to promote Cundall's services and expertise across the globe.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a marketing or bidding function and a proven track record of working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of a global marketing team, including bid support, events, PR, and business development support.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with experience of working with marketing databases.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote Cundall's services and expertise
- Support the team in the preparation and submission of bids for new projects
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and press releases
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, and trade shows
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required
- Previous experience in a marketing or bidding function
- Proven track record of working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Experience of working with marketing databases
