Executive Marketing Director Opportunity

An exciting chance to lead marketing efforts for a premium partner marketing agency as Chief Marketing Officer, reporting directly to the CEO.

Our agency boasts a strong presence in London, with a team of 120 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans
  2. Design and create go-to-market materials for sales and media platforms
  3. Oversee day-to-day marketing activities
  4. Measure and optimize marketing ROI and performance metrics
  5. Lead and manage a small marketing team
Performance Metrics:
  1. Percentage increase in business opportunities generated through inbound activity
  2. Value proposition buy-in from teams
  3. Delivering targets within established metrics
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Proven experience in leading marketing strategy and day-to-day activities in a marketing agency or similar B2B environment
  2. Strong working relationships with sales and client teams
  3. A creative, entrepreneurial thinker with strong leadership skills, analytical mindset, and experience growing inbound leads and marketing ROI
