About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shopper Marketing Executive to join our client's team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing shopper marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Shopper Activation Planning: Assist in creating impactful shopper activation plans to drive engagement in-store for major grocery accounts.
  2. Account Management: Manage smaller retailer accounts and channels, including Convenience and the Ireland business. Work with customers and deliver evaluations and reporting for each account.
  3. Point of Sale (POS) Management: Oversee temporary and permanent POS and display equipment to empower Field Sales teams and enhance brand presence in-store.
  4. Strategic Projects: Collaborate on strategic projects aimed at driving in-store activation and standout for the brand.
  5. Event Participation: Actively participate in sales, marketing forums, trade shows, and sampling events as needed.
  6. Agency Collaboration: Engage with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery while aligning closely with key account stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. FMCG Experience: Robust shopper, customer, trade or brand marketing experience gained in a leading FMCG environment, ideally with experience in eCommerce shopper campaigns too.
  2. Commercial Acumen: Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
  3. Communication and Project Management Skills: Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills.
