Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and retention for our key consumer finance savings product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing and digital strategy for our B2C financial services business
  • Implement Paid Social strategy and assist the team in executing ATL and BTL acquisition and retention strategies
  • Effectively execute marketing activities within agreed budget and deliver marketing plans that meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Build close working relationships with external agencies and internal teams supporting the marketing team
  • Optimise marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI on all campaigns, with a focus on digital activity

Requirements:

  • Solid experience within a similar B2C marketing role, with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • B2C financial services experience, with a strong understanding of consumer finance and insurance
  • Proven skills in implementing marketing strategy, from developing the plan to execution and measurement
  • Sound knowledge of marketing, including experience of the full media mix, promotions, and communications B2C channel
  • Experienced campaign manager, with a track record of delivery to time and within budget
  • Naturally creative, with a strong ability to generate ideas and challenge the norm
  • Digital Marketing expertise, including CRM/email marketing, PPC, SEO, and Social Media
  • Proficient copywriting skills to support enhancement of content developed internally and by agency partners
  • High level of negotiation and influencing skills

What We Offer:

  • c£50,000 base salary
  • 12-months FTC
  • 3-days in the office
