Shopper Marketing Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Executive to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our client's small but highly-visible team, you will play a vital role in developing best-in-class activation strategies within customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the team to create impactful shopper activation plans that drive engagement in-store for major grocery accounts.
  2. Manage smaller retailer accounts and channels, including Convenience and the Ireland business, delivering evaluations and reporting for each account.
  3. Oversee temporary and permanent POS and display equipment to empower Field Sales teams and enhance brand presence in-store.
  4. Participate in strategic projects aimed at driving in-store activation and standout for the brand.
  5. Engage with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery while aligning closely with key account stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in shopper, customer, trade, or brand marketing gained in a leading FMCG environment, ideally with experience in eCommerce shopper campaigns.
  2. Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
  3. Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills.
