Sales Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Development Specialist to join our team as an Area Sales Executive. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for buying cars, ensuring the efficient operation of your branch, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Buy cars, manage branch operations, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate prices, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the back office and other colleagues.
Requirements and Skills:
- A valid UK manual driving license.
- Previous experience in a target-driven sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in administration and IT systems.
