About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned Recruitment Business Development Manager to spearhead our Public Sector business. Your primary focus will be on recruiting temporary, interim, and fixed-term contract opportunities across Birmingham, leveraging a warm client base on the national framework. This presents a unique chance to create a new desk and enjoy autonomy in your work.
Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Sourcing and specing candidates into a wide range of public sector roles, from Government Agencies to Not-for-profit organisations and the NHS.
- Achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while providing exceptional service and advice.
