We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Recruitment Business Development Manager to join our team at 80 Reed in Partnership Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in sales, account management or business development roles, with experience in recruitment, publicly funded services or similar sectors. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employers and employees alike.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £**42,000 - £60,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)
  • Experience of working in recruitment, publicly funded services or similar sectors
  • Interest in career and personal development
