Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Vertu Motors Mini Yeovil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing support to our sales team, building and presenting deals to customers, and ensuring accurate information is given regarding financial and insurance product regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the sales team in building and presenting deals to customers
• Ensure accurate information is given regarding financial and insurance product regulations
• Build rapport with customers quickly and easily and treat them fairly
• Monitor finance performance against budget and identify and address shortfalls
• Work with management to coach and develop the skills of the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and excel at relationship building, negotiating skills, and communication
• Full and valid UK Driving Licence
• Ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
