Business Intelligence Data Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our team at Bernicia. As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to support continuous improvement of products, services, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver key performance management information and detailed analysis accurately, on time, and in full.
- Narrate trends and key insights to assist service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Data & Business Intelligence Team in the development of reporting dashboards, templates, and metrics.
- Support the R&M team to maintain and improve data quality.
- Create a strong data governance culture across the R&M team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Ability to analyse and present data to support forecasting and service improvement activities and plans.
- An understanding of data warehouse management, architecture, and maintenance.
- An understanding of data cleansing and transferring data between systems.
- Strong focus on data governance and quality.
