Ealing CAMHS seeks a skilled Speciality Doctor to join our multi-disciplinary team within our Neurodevelopmental Team. We require an enthusiastic clinician with innovative approaches to take a leading role in our services.

Main Responsibilities

You will provide high-quality services to young people, families, and carers while working effectively with colleagues and liaising with professionals in the network.

The Candidate Pack outlines key tasks and responsibilities, while the person specification highlights required qualifications, skills, experience, and knowledge. Key skills include good knowledge of psychiatry, psychopharmacology experience, training in neurodevelopmental assessments, and experience in various therapies.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to work flexibly, adapting your approach to clinical situations and changing service provision. Clinical supervision of junior Doctors is also essential. Participation in clinical audit activities and evidence of CPD are necessary for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience managing junior staff, including BMedSCI, DClinPsy, MSc, and MD students.
