IDEX Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Pension Administration Expert to join their team in Ipswich. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a combination of DB, DC and Hybrid pension schemes.

The successful candidate will have experience working with complex pension administration tasks and calculations, including treasury and payroll. They will also be able to attend Trustee and client meetings, including new business presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out complex pension administration tasks and calculations including treasury and payroll.
  • Attend Trustee and client meetings, including new business presentations.
  • Manage pensioner payrolls, pension increases, and ensure annual notification of lifetime allowance used is notified to pensioners.
  • Support team members as required and provide support to Principal administrators.
  • Manage investment of contributions.
  • Monitor transactional activity for Tariff and Fixed fee clients and ensure regular financial information provided to billing manager to ensure work is invoiced in line with the administration client service agreement.
  • Manage unit reconciliations/lifestyle switches.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with different occupational pension schemes (DB, DC, CARE, Hybrid).
  • Ideal qualifications include QPA or PMI certification, or willingness to study towards relevant qualifications.
  • Experience carrying out complex manual pension calculations.

Salary: £52,500 - £62,500 per annum, depending on experience.
