Our Senior Pension Administrator will play a crucial role in leading the Pension and Reporting team at Opus People Solutions in Ipswich. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

The ideal candidate will have senior pensions or payroll experience and be looking for a career advancement opportunity. Key responsibilities include leading the team to achieve accurate completion of administration tasks for multiple Pension schemes, liaising regularly with pension providers, and supporting the team in addressing Pension queries and managing escalations.

The role offers a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 after a year of service, and 2 months full sick pay, plus an additional 2 months half sick pay.
