We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychology Services Manager to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS, where they will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of specialist staff support and wellbeing services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, including postgraduate doctoral level training and registration with the Health & Care Professions Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of specialist staff support and wellbeing services
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and managers across the Trust to design and implement wellbeing initiatives
  • Manage a team of clinical psychologists and other professionals to deliver wellbeing services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

We are offering a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a generous benefits package.
