Job Overview
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Psychologist with a significant interest and experience in Clinical Health Psychology? We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead the development, coordination, and delivery of a new clinical psychology service to Diabetes services at NUH. As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological support for adults within Diabetes, working closely with the MDT staff within Diabetes Services.

We offer a salary of £74,290 - £85,601 per annum, which is competitive and reflects your expertise in the field. You will be part of the expanding Department of Clinical Psychology & Neuropsychology at NUH, with excellent links with the University of Nottingham and the Trent Clinical Psychology Doctorate Course.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of a new clinical psychology service to Diabetes services at NUH
- Provide psychological support for adults within Diabetes, working closely with the MDT staff within Diabetes Services
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for health professionals and qualified clinical psychologists
- Represent the profession in local or regional policy forums

Requirements
- A strong interest and enthusiasm for working in clinical health psychology
- A passion to lead and develop a new clinical psychology service for Adult Diabetes
- Significant knowledge and substantial post-doctoral experience of working in clinical health psychology
- A good working knowledge and experience of evidence-based psychological treatments
- Sound clinical risk assessment and management
