We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Charge Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a leading provider of acute mental health services, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care while supporting the well-being of patients and staff.

Compensation: Up to £45,000 per annum | Hrs/Wk: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while providing clinical expertise and guidance to our multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional to make a positive impact in an acute mental health setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide regular supervision, reflective practice, and peer support to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical governance standards.
  • Create a safe and therapeutic environment that promotes patient recovery and well-being.
  • Manage emergencies and complex cases using advanced skills and clinical judgment.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  • Previous experience in a mental health setting, preferably in an acute care environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide a team and demonstrate clinical expertise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassionate care.
