Associate Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Practitioner to join our Pulmonary Rehabilitation team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of our waiting list by engaging with patients and providing motivational support to overcome barriers to pulmonary rehabilitation.
- Deliver pulmonary rehabilitation classes in various venues across North East Essex, with the possibility of conducting home visits for assessments and reviews within your scope of skills.
- Assist in the quality monitoring of the service by taking the lead on data entry and report running for the National Audit of Respiratory programme.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the pulmonary rehabilitation service to meet accreditation standards.
- Good standard of education and relevant qualifications, such as a Support Workers Access Course or NVQ Level III.
- Experience working in a rehabilitation setting or healthcare environment, with knowledge of respiratory conditions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
