About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at The Lifeboat. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and providing a warm and friendly welcome
  • Managing front desk operations, including handling phone calls and emails
  • Providing information and assistance to guests, including directions and recommendations
  • Handling cash and credit transactions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
