Job Title: HRIS Technical Analyst

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Technical Analyst to join our team at TransPerfect. As an integral member of the Human Resources department, this role will collaborate closely with the global HRIS team on daily tasks.

This position provides essential HRIS support, assisting with generating headcount reports and addressing day-to-day HRIS-related queries. Our ideal candidate will have experience integrating systems and proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily employee transactions, including inputting/updating changes and maintaining data in Workday.
  • Assist with data entry and onboarding functions for new hires in Workday.
  • Solve user issues and troubleshoot HRIS system problems.
  • Update salary increases and process job changes in Workday.
  • Train end-users on new Workday features.
  • Review and process HRIS data for employees and organizational changes; investigate and resolve data integrity issues in HRIS systems.
  • Schedule and facilitate off-boarding of staff from both systems.
  • Create and distribute monthly, quarterly, year-end, and ad-hoc reports.
  • Develop and execute audit queries for employee data and maintain HRIS data integrity.
  • Consult with users to understand business needs and provide support using Workday and other related systems and tools.
  • Develop innovative ideas and recommendations for system improvements.
  • Perform special projects or duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS Workday or any other HRIS system is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
  • Able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service.
  • Able to collaborate across organizational boundaries and with employees at all levels.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
  • Experience integrating systems is preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience with HRIS.
  • Knowledge of Workday or any other HRIS System is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
