Residential Care Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team in Northampton. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of vulnerable young people.
About the RoleYou will lead a team of support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care are maintained. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and assisting with inspections and audits.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day care for children and young people within the residential home, ensuring their emotional, social, and physical needs are met.
- Lead and manage the team of support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and assist with inspections and audits.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Children's Residential Home.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of working with Ofsted regulations.
- A full, clean driving license.
- Experience of managing or supervising junior staff in a care setting.
We offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.92.
- £75 per sleep-in shift.
