Job Title: Installation and Repair Engineer

Are you a skilled installation engineer looking for a challenging role in the South-West region?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced installation engineer to join our team at JTR Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for performing installations across various systems, including air handling, ventilation, plumbing, fabric, steel structures, compressed air, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform installations across various systems, ensuring high technical standards and attention to detail
  2. Interpret construction drawings and specifications to plan and execute building activities
  3. Travel to different sites based in and around Exeter, with occasional overnight stays required

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a multi-skilled installation environment, preferably within food manufacturing
  2. Plumbing and refrigeration experience is advantageous
  3. Mechanically biased with a strong technical understanding and problem-solving mindset
  4. Organised with the ability to handle various project-build aspects
  5. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  7. Good communicator, written and verbal
  8. HNC qualification
  9. IPAF certification
  10. Full UK driving licence
