Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team at GBA5 EntServ UK Limited. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and support.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the IT industry to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support the team.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of technical issues and solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a desktop support role, with a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365, with experience supporting legacy Windows operating systems.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
