Job Title: Skilled Tradesperson

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out carpentry, patch repair, and basic plumbing tasks as part of a national maintenance contract. The successful candidate will have the ability to rip out existing kitchens and replace them in their entirety, working on behalf of Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out carpentry, patch repair, and basic plumbing tasks as part of a national maintenance contract
* Rip out existing kitchens and replace them in their entirety
* Work on behalf of Housing Associations and Local Authorities
* Collaborate with specialist qualified people for flooring, gas, and electrical works

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
* Basic plumbing skills, including installing appliances
* Basic tiling skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
