About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan, recruiting and retaining customers through superior customer relationship management and strategic targeting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Fragrance Specialists
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Recruit and retain customers through superior customer relationship management and strategic targeting
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • A proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
