About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Liz Earle Counter Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations and skin services to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, providing coaching and feedback to ensure success.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth, leveraging in-store promotions and Liz Earle offers.
  • Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme, expanding your skincare knowledge and service expertise.
  • Maintain a beautifully presented counter, showcasing the range of Liz Earle products and promoting a compelling customer experience.
  • Embark on an ongoing learning and development journey, staying up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • A passion for skincare and a love of Liz Earle.
  • Experience leading and motivating a team, inspiring performance and nurturing team development.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to welcome and treat customers with empathy and understanding.
  • The ability to work with business plans, achieve sales targets, and review individual and team performance.
  • Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and development, expanding your skincare knowledge and service expertise.
