About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Liz Earle Counter Manager at Boots. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide personalized consultations to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive and engaging shopping experience.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development to expand your skincare knowledge and service expertise.
Requirements
- Passion for skincare and a love of Liz Earle products.
- Experience leading and motivating a team in a retail environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with customers to understand their needs.
- Ability to work with business plans and achieve sales targets.
- Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and development.
