At Le Labo, we're on a mission to revolutionize the world of perfumery. As a Counter Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this movement, leading a high-performing team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

We're looking for a dynamic and inspirational leader who can bring our in-store experience to life. As a Counter Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the counter, coaching and developing your team, and driving business growth through strategic targeting and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Fragrance Specialists
  • Manage the counter and ensure seamless customer service
  • Drive sales and business growth through strategic targeting and customer relationship management
  • Coach and develop team members to exceed their KPIs
  • Ensure alignment with the Brand vision and values

About You:

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • A proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
