Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Fragrance Specialists
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Manage inventory and facilities to ensure seamless store operations
  • Coach and inspire team members to exceed their KPIs
  • Develop and execute in-store events to drive customer engagement

About You:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
