We're looking for a dynamic and inspirational leader who can bring our in-store experience to life. As a Counter Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the counter, coaching and developing your team, and driving business growth through strategic targeting and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and develop team members to exceed their KPIs

About You:
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- A proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
