Le Labo - Counter Manager - Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Fragrance Specialists at Le Labo. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and facilities maintenance.
  • Coach and inspire team members to exceed their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects the values and mission of Le Labo.

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.
  • Experience in sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Previous experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
  • Ability to create and execute in-store events and promotions.
  • Flexible availability across days and hours, with a focus on maintaining a good work-life balance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
