At Le Labo, we're on a mission to revolutionize the world of perfumery. As a Counter Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this movement, leading a team of Fragrance Specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

We're seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader who can bring our in-store experience to life. As a Counter Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Creating and executing in-store events to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Managing inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure seamless store operations
  • Developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth and customer loyalty

About You

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Flexible availability across days and hours, with a focus on work-life balance
