At Dept Holding B.V., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management Lead to drive our customer-centric approach. As the senior leader in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in CRM, with at least 10 years of experience in customer relationship management or related fields. They will be able to develop and execute successful CRM campaigns and initiatives, with a strong understanding of data analytics and customer segmentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to drive new customer acquisition, customer retention, and loyalty;
  2. Develop and maintain customer data management systems to improve the accuracy and relevance of customer information;
  3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to inform business strategies and initiatives;
  4. Manage the implementation of customer acquisition/retention programs, including demand generation programs, referrals, and other initiatives;
  5. Monitor customer retention programs and develop strategies to address improvements and complaints;
  6. Develop and manage budgets for CRM initiatives and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget;
  7. Stay up to date with emerging trends in customer relationship management and make recommendations for new initiatives.
